Payment & Insurance

Copays

Payment is due at the time of service. That includes full payment if warranted, copays, previous missed appointment fees and any past due balances.

Each Client is expected to call their insurance provider prior to the start of treatment to gain clarification on their copay amount and to verify that I, Vanessa Jaunai, am accepted on their specific plan.

If you do not have any of the insurance providers listed, you are still welcomed to meet with me.

The cost of each session is $150 as a base cost.

Toddler Education Fees

All fees are listed under the Toddler Education tab. Please be advised, insurance will not be applied to these services.

Cash, Cashapp and Venmo accepted.

Additional Information

Clients will have access to information regarding each policy listed during the intake. Copies of each policy signed by the client will be made available upon request. Policies regard payments, missed appointment fees, cards on file, etc.
