Allow me to introduce myself...

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Connecticut in 2010 and my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Bridgeport in 2015. In elementary school, I decided I would become a therapist because of my interest in how and why people behave the way they did. In my teenage years, I worked in retail, exposing me to a plethora of issues people may face and how they handle them. Since then, I have worked with several non-profit agencies stretching from New Haven, CT to Stamford, CT. I have a history of working with people struggling with depression, anxiety, adjustment, relationship issues, psychiatric issues, child/parenting issues, grief, mandated care and co-occurring disorders.

I also have an extensive history working with children of all ages. More recently, I have focused my efforts on children ages 0-5. I offer parents educational tools to help their children achieve academic success.
